PURPOSE:
The city’s audit firm, CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, has completed the annual audit for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020. The audit reports are attached. Paul Niedermuller from the firm will make a presentation and answer questions from city council. Staff will also be available to answer questions.

SUMMARY:
The annual audit and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report are requirements per Littleton’s Charter section 33, as well as under state law.
