REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
The applicant requests approval of their application to replace the windows in the Quinney Residence, a Littleton Historic Landmark
PRIOR ACTIONS OR DISCUSSIONS:
• January 2016 city council approval of Ordinance 112-2016 designating the Quinney Residence a Littleton Historic Landmark
ANALYSIS:

Alternatives
HPB may take any one of the following actions on the application: approve, approve with conditions, continue to a date certain; or deny (failure to adopt the proposed Resolution will deny the COA request).
OPTIONS/ALTERNATIVES:
The historical preservation board may take the following actions on the application: approve; approve with conditions; continue to a date certain; and deny. A sample motion is provided for each option along with suggested findings.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff finds that, in compliance with Section 4-6-14(C) and (E) of the Littleton City Code, the proposed Certificate of Historic Appropriateness for the Quinney Residence, located at 5736 S. Bemis Street, meets the criteria for approval. Therefore, staff recommends approval of HPB Resolution 07-2019, approving the Certificate of Historic Appropriateness for 5736 S. Bemis Street.
