Council Members Fey and Schlachter met with City Clerk Heffner and Human Resources Director Mink and discussed the process of reappointing Judge Feldman.

The city council held a performance review of Judge Feldman at its January 08, 2019 study session. Based upon discussion at that meeting, a contract has been prepared.

PRIOR ACTIONS OR DISCUSSION:

Per the City Charter, Section 58, the judge shall be appointed by the council for a term of two years from the date of appointment.  City council completes an annual review and renews the contract every two years.
