BACKGROUND:
In the 2019 budget process, council placed provisos on the Envision Littleton Comprehensive Plan Funding, $400,000, and the organizational development plan funding, $125,000. These provisos required council review and approval before funds are expended.

STAFF ANALYSIS:
Envision Littleton Comprehensive Plan
The Envision Littleton 2040 Report outlines the city's vision for the future and was considered and recommended by Planning Commission on December 10th and is scheduled for adoption on December 18th by city council. Next steps are to undertake an update to the city's comprehensive plan and to create a transportation master plan by the fall of 2019.

In order to manage these two projects, staff developed a combined project management plan for the comprehensive plan and transportation master plan and will develop a public engagement plan by December 31st. As part of the public engagement plan, the city will host a four-part speaker series to coincide with the phases of Envision Littleton in 2019.
