Update on the Open Space Prioritization Project

PURPOSE:
This is intended as an informational briefing for council discussion and direction.
BACKGROUND:
Council had previously approved a process to evaluate the priorities for the Open Space Fund and to ultimately develop a five-year fiscally constrained plan. The process is projected to be completed for formal council consideration and action in early February, 2019.
The study session of November 27, 2018 provided an update to the process. This study session is intended to provide another update since that date.
The attachment from Singleton Strategies provides the relevant past studies to be used in this current process. In addition, it notes the main themes from each plan with the relevant recommendations for action. The final page suggests strategies for synthesizing the plans.
