Update on the Open Space Prioritization Project

PURPOSE:
This is intended as an informational briefing for council discussion and direction.
BACKGROUND:
Council had previously approved a process to evaluate the priorities for the Open Space Fund and to ultimately develop a five-year fiscally constrained plan. The process is projected to be completed for formal council consideration and action in early February, 2019.
This study session is intended to provide council an update on the process. Attached is a progress report from Singleton Strategies, the consultant leading the process.
