POLICY QUESTION:
Does city council support cancelling the June 19th and July 3rd regular city council meetings?
BACKGROUND:
June 19, 2018
The Colorado Municipal League’s 2018 annual conference will be held June 19-22, 2018, in Vail, Colorado. Four council members will be attending the conference; the council will not have a quorum. Pursuant to the council’s Legislative Rules, section II(a) “The time, date, and location of any meeting can be changed by a majority vote of council and posted in accordance with state law.”
