INFORMATION
On July 12, 2017, the Littleton Licensing Authority met in a study session to discuss updates to the city code, Title 3, Chapter 2 regarding alcohol beverages.
In an effort to bring the city code up-to-date and more in line with State Statutes, staff is submitting this final version with recommended/suggested changes.
When it is determined that all necessary changes have been made, this item will be brought back, as a resolution, to the Authority at a regular meeting.
