BACKGROUND:
Mr. Kuosman will be presenting an update to city council on the Strategic Operation Plan, the potential of the biogas application process, and the environmental and financial advantages of such a program at the Littleton/Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant (L/E WWTP). The City of Englewood scheduled a study session on September 25, 2017 to review the same information.
A detailed budget review of the sanitary sewer utility will also be discussed.
