The request is to rezone the property to a PD-I zone designation under a GPDP. Section 10-2-23 of the city's zoning regulations provides for the planning commission to review general planned development plan for a recommendation to city council. The general planned development plan is a zoning document that establishes provisions for development, including, but not limited to, uses, location and bulk of buildings and other structures, density, location, percentage of open space and architectural design standards.
