POLICY QUESTION:
Does city council support cancelling the June 20th and July 4th regular city council meetings?
BACKGROUND:
June 20, 2017
The Colorado Municipal League’s 2017 annual conference will be held June 20-23 in Vail, Colorado. All but one council member will be attending the conference; the council will not have a quorum. Pursuant to the council’s Legislative Rules, section II(a) “The time, date, and location of any meeting can be changed by a majority vote of council and posted in accordance with state law.”
