The purpose of the study session is to update Council on the city’s 2017 environmental and recycling programs. Staff will provide a comprehensive presentation of the history and proposed modifications to this year’s Summer Clean Up program and the Large Item Drop Off and Metal Recycling program (formally the May Clean Up Day).
