POLICY QUESTION:
Does city council support a resolution to amend the 2016 budget for the Littleton Stormwater and Flood Management Utility Enterprise?
BACKGROUND:
A study session was held on October 11, 2016 regarding the Littleton Stormwater and Flood Management Utility Enterprise which included discussion of emergency stormwater repairs in 2016 at a cost of $290,000. The amendment is related to addressing the repairs to the collapsed culvert under Broadway at Lee Gulch.

Approval will amend the 2016 appropriation to $1,245,330.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the resolution amending the 2016 budget for the Littleton Stormwater and Flood Management Utility Enterprise by $290,000.
