Does city council support changing the September 20, 2016 regular meeting of the City Council to a study session and to change the start time to 6:00 p.m.?
BACKGROUND:
Budget study sessions are schedule with council for September 19, 20, and 21.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
