PURPOSE:
To select commissioners to serve as primary and alternate members of the Littleton Boulevard Subarea Plan Stakeholder Working Group (SWG).

DISCUSSION:
City Council awarded the contract to Dig Studio, Inc to provide consulting services in the development a subarea plan and long-range vision for Littleton Boulevard. As part of the engagement efforts for the plan, a stakeholder working group will be utilized to provide input on the plan at key milestones throughout the project. Discussion will also include informative case studies and best practices in historic and mid-century preservation, corridor planning, and other topical areas that are relevant to Littleton Boulevard.
SWG members are expected to attend at least eight meetings, which will occur over the 24 month planning process. The alternate member will be utilized as a back up for these discussions if the primary member is unable to attend.
