PURPOSE:

To discuss action items for the 2026 Work Plan

DISCUSSION:

In 2024, the Historical Preservation Commission adopted a five-year strategic plan with goals and objectives to help guide commission efforts. A one-year work plan was developed based on the goals and objectives noted in the plan. The work plan was for the remainder of 2024 and entirety of 2025. Discussion for the 2026 Work Plan will focus on accomplishments over the last year and potential projects and action items for the coming year.
