POLICY QUESTION:
Does city council support changing the start time of the August 2, 2016 city council meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.?
BACKGROUND:
National Night Out is scheduled for the evening of August 2, 2016. In past years, city council members liked to attend as many National Night Out parties as possible. This would be difficult for council members with the meeting starting at 6:30 p.m.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
