This staff communication outlines a scheduling conflict and the need to re-schedule the second reading and public hearing on this case from July 21, 2026 to December 1, 2026.

The applicant’s Zoning Map change proposal is to amend their 7.68-acre site from Corridor-Mixed (CM)/Planned Development Overlay (PL-O) to Small Lot Residential (SLR).
BACKGROUND:
Several conflicts arose with the original planned second reading and public hearing date of July 21, 2026. The first reading of this case before City Council was held at the May 19, 2026 meeting. The applicant is requesting a re-scheduling to the meeting to December 1, 2026.
