The Fire Chief will make a presentation on the fire dispatch merger that occurred last December.

 

BACKGROUND:

This matter came before the Council in September of 2017 when the City Council authorized the City Attorney to prepare an amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the Littleton Fire Protection District and the Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District and to develop an Intergovernmental Agreement with the South Metro Fire and Medical District.

 

PRIOR ACTIONS OR DISCUSSIONS:

On October 17, 2017 Council passed the ordinance on second reading approving the Intergovernmental User Agreement with the South Metro Fire and Medical District.
