BACKGROUND:
The sign code was approved on first reading on June 7, 2016, with a public hearing scheduled for July 5, 2016. Staff is requesting additional time for legal review, and request council continues the public hearing and second reading to July 19, 2016.

I move to continue the public hearing and second reading for Ordinance 7, which would amend chapter 3 of title 4 and chapter 20 of title 3 of the city code concerning the regulation of signs, to the July 19, 2016 regular city council meeting.
