POLICY QUESTION:
Does city council support submitting a question to the voters at the March 3, 2015 special election for a charter amendment concerning eminent domain?
 
BACKGROUND:
A group of concerned Littleton citizens and business owners working together as "Littleton Strong" requested city council consider an additional item for the March 3, 2015 special election.  See the attached request.

I move to approve the ordinance on second reading submitting a charter amendment to the electors of the city for the March 3, 2015 special election amending section 64 of the city charter regarding eminent domain.
