RECORDING SECRETARY’S CERTIFICATION:
I hereby certify that the attached minutes are an accurate representation of motions made and action taken at the October 20, 2020 virtual regular meeting of the city council. I have also reviewed the video recording for the October 20, 2020 virtual regular meeting of the Littleton City Council and certify that the video recording is a full, complete, and accurate record of the proceedings and there were no malfunctions in the video of the recording. There was a brief lapse of audio at time stamp 48:27 with audio resuming at 49:53 following the staff presentation for Phase II amendments.
