DISCUSSION:

City Council awarded the contract to Dig Studio, Inc to provide consulting services in the development of a subarea plan and long-range vision for Littleton Boulevard. The plan will cover six focus areas: land use, transportation, historic preservation, housing, economic development, and green infrastructure. The plan will create a long-term vision and goals, as well as recommendations on how to accomplish the visions and goals, for the area based on the analysis of the six focus areas and community engagement.  As part of the engagement efforts for the plan, a stakeholder working group (SWG) has been formed. The second SWG meeting was held on May 4th and focused on engagement results of the first open house and online survey and map. Discussion at the meeting centered primarily on drafting plan values and principles. Values are representative of a community’s beliefs and priorities that reflect what matters most. The principles describe the values and inform the overall project vision.

The presentation for the second SWG meeting is attached for reference but will not be presented at the study session.
