PURPOSE:
To discuss the final draft of the citywide survey plan.

DISCUSSION:
The Historical Preservation Commission included the development of a citywide survey plan in the 2024-2025 Work Program. Pinyon Environmental, Inc. was selected to assist the city and HPC in developing a survey plan for the city. The HPC met with the consultant in March to kick off the plan and discuss properties to be included in the reconnaissance surveys provided as part of the plan. In November, the HPC discussed an overview of the findings and recommendations proposed for the plan.
This meeting will focus on how any comments provided by staff or HPC members on the final draft were addressed and next steps for adoption of the plan.
